What is acceptable and non-acceptable team behavior?
Acceptable:
•Showing up to team meetings on time when designated, or calling ahead of time in case of emergency/conflict with team meeting
•Being both responsible and accountable to the group and to yourself (doing your part in furthering the groups and projects interest)
•Not slacking off and showing disrespect to other teams members
•Performing to the best of your ability and not slacking of, also showing respect and being courteous to other members of the group
•Not going into other people's personal property and respecting their privacy and or space
•Doing your designated part of the project and not waiting until the last second to finish your part
•Showing effort and using your time wisely
Not-Acceptable
•Being late and not being accountable/responsible for your actions otherwise
•Blowing off team meetings to go do other activities that have no benefits to the group
•Showing up to the meetings ill-dressed, intoxicated or otherwise incapacitated
•Not doing your part on time and making the group and the other's involved suffer do to your negligence
•Not showing respect for others personal space, property or using other slanderous or disrespectful language
•Being prepared for each team meeting (agenda forms, time sheets, contract sheets etc.)
What will happen if a team member fails to perform appropriately?
1.A warning will be issued at the decision of the group, with reasons why you are receiving that warning
2.A second warning will be used with getting the professor involved in event that you do not change the actions that do no fit within the acceptable behavior of the group
3.Professor will be contacted and spoken too, affirmative action will be taken such as: getting kicked out of group, or whatever professor decides on your behalf

BA building, upstairs on the second floor, next to the Cornerstone classroom
Your signature below indicates an agreement to the standards and practices set forth in this contract. Should you fail to behave or perform in accordance with the agreements you’ve made with your team, you will be subject to the disciplinary standards agreed upon by the team. Should your behavior or performance fail to improve, your performance can and will have a negative impact on your grade. Repeated behavioral problems or complaints about behavior or performance that conflicts with the UCF Student Code of Conduct will be referred to the course instructor. Your signature also indicates an agreement to follow the standards and practices outlined in the following documents available on the Cornerstone Web Page: Business Causal Dress Guidelines, Email Etiquette Guidelines, Phone Etiquette Guidelines, Safety Guidelines and RFP Guidelines.
